4.0 Fixed it! v1 - Is Out Now!

So the 4.0 update brings some game changing things in, but  theese things was already in my head but I haven't got the knowledge before  so I couldn't make theese.

Changelog:

-New player movenment with better jumpfeel ,faster run  and crouch

-Fixed bug that hit particle not apperared while moving

-Added bullet hole so you can now see your spray

-Added recoil to every gun

-Added Spray to every gun

-Re-caped tokarev model and animations

-Added realistic animation to every gun (if not empty don't cock the gun, after last shot tokarev and sks locks back ect...)

-Added zoom to aiming 

-Changed mosin sight color

-Added settings menu:-Overall quality : Low, Medium, High, Very High

                                                   -Antialiasing: Disabled, 2x, 4x, 8x

                                                   -V-sync: Disabled, Single, Triple

                                                   -Window mode: Windowed, Fullscreen

                                                   -Main Volume

                                                   -Sensitivity

                                                   -Aim Sensitivity

                                                   -PostProcessing: On, Off

                                                   -Shadow Quality :  Low, Medium, High, Very High

-All the videosettings are saved to a binary file  so it will stay the same

-Removed Dialog screen at the start(the game will now open without the resolution and quality setting dialog)

-The game always will run on the native resolution of the screen
